Appalachian State University Winston-Salem State @ SCC

Since 1991, Surry Community College (SCC) and Winston Salem State University (WSSU) have collaborated to allow students with the associate degree to further their education.

Registered Nurse / B. S. in Nursing – Degree Completion

Students who hold the Associate Degree in Nursing and who are registered nurses may complete the Bachelor of Science in Nursing in two years. Classes are offered at SCC on one evening a week. Birth Through Kindergarten Advising Hours

Advisement hours for the WSSU Birth through Kindergarten (BKE) will be in J-317 this semester (Spring 2008) from 2:00 p.m - 4:00 p.m. on Tuesdays.

Students wanting information for the WSSU BKE program can schedule to meet with Dr. Kay Hamlin at this time, or they can email her at hamlink@wssu.edu to make other arrangements.
