Spend a productive 2 1/2 hours learning the processes to foloow for legally resolving small claim issues such as the collection of unpaid bills, reclamation of property and the eviction of tenants. Topics will include: types of civil processes, who to contact to start a civil process, using the correct forms and terminology, how to get money owed to you, how to recover property, and how to eject tenants in default.
